I wanted to take this time to send one last note to you all as we bring 2023 to a close.
First, things first- chapter business!
Here are some important updates shared in our meeting:
Membership Intake:
In order be a Sponsor, it is mandatory you attend the Sponsor Workshop. I have provided (2) dates for the workshop to ensure you can fit one of them into your schedule. You only have to attend one of the dates:
Jan. 4, 2024 7p - 8:30p (Virtual)
Jan. 10, 2024 7p - 8:30p (Virtual)
PNM Sponsor Applications were sent to Sponsors on 12/11/23. Check your email.
PNM Sponsor Applications are due on Jan. 20, 2024.
Please work with your PNMs to get application information filled out. Sponsor must submit the application.
Programming:
MLK Day of Service will be January 19, 2024 at Connecting Kids to Meals at 4:30 p.m.

Celebrating the life and legacy of our associates who have recently passed on.
Joan Coleman
Joan Hughes Coleman, who devoted her life to underrepresented crime victims in the Ohio legal system, died Thursday in her Columbus apartment. She was 91.
She died of natural causes and was under hospice care, son Michael said.
Joan was an active member of the Toledo Chapter of Jack and Jill of America prior to relocating to Columbus, OH. A resolution was sent on the chapter's behalf to the services.

Odessa Marie Wair Rowan was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She peacefully passed away, on Saturday December 16, 2023, in Toledo, Ohio, while surrounded by loving family and friends. She was an active member of Jack and Jill in years past who was very instrumental in delivering on the organizations mission.
A resolution will be read in her honor on January 3 at 4p and the chapter will be sending a floral arrangement.
